I have just over 500 gingerbread men lying around in my bedroom and I dunno what to do with them. Any ideas?

This is my final display of the 500 gingerbread men. It’s very plain, i’m not a fan to be honest. I think they looked that good on the stairs that anything else would have been crap. 

Got another leather carving on the go, so will put some work in progress shots up in the next few days.

Today I went to the Infant’s School in Drayton to give a talk on my work and I was absolutely brickin’ it. However all the kids were interested in what I had to say and they were all well up for decorating gingerbread men to help out with my project. So now i’m well on the way to my goal of 500. It was a really enjoyable afternoon, although there were a few tears when they realised they couldn’t eat the gingerbread…

This is a postcard from Market Drayton that i’m using in my Englishness project at uni, really enjoy how dated it looks.

I’ve spent the majority of today trying to get images of my Drayton maps onto gingerbread men. This is the most successful. I used fabric heat transfer paper and ironed it onto the gingerbread. It burnt in several places but overall it looks alright.
